A free script in Perl that installs a powerful search engine in your website.

KSearch is a script written in Perl, which you must install in your server, whose mission is to offer your visitors a powerful search engine for all the files and documents stored on that server.

The KSearch searcher can include from simple words to multiple terms and phrases; it can even do boolean searches. If you wish, you can include a list of terms the searcher should ignore. It is also possible to configure the number of results to be shown per page, offer different ordering types, highlight the searched for terms in the results, etc. You can also index the content of PDF documents.

KSearch also lets you work with different style sheets. KSearch is free using a GNU licence.
